Rental Policy
Rentals
All rental games/equipment are checked to insure proper working conditions prior the games leaving our warehouse. If a game is not in working order we have the right to switch the game for a closest like game we have in stock at the time. We will notify you before delivery if this happens.
Damage Policy
Purchaser/renter realizes that our equipment has weight to the gear and the equipment will be rolled on the floor/ground in to place. We are not responsible for floor/ground/landscape damage. It is the purchases/renters duty to protect the floor before our arrival.
You will be charged for any damaged to our equipment outside normal wear of the equipment.
Power:
It is the renters responsibility to confirm power requirements and make sure the facility/event location has enough power to handle the game(s)/equipment rented. There are no refunds for power issues.
Cancellations:
In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this contract by the client over 30 days from the event, Your total due is 1/2 of the contract total - if you paid more PI will refund the difference. If this event is canceled less than 30 calendar days from the event then the full payment is still due. In the event that the contract is cancelled by PI, all deposits and payments will be promptly and completely refunded to Purchaser. Any cancellations must be done in writing with the other party responding in email/writing once this contract is signed.
Delivery/Pickup Delays:
If the delivery/pickup location is locked and/or not ready for delivery at the time of our arrival there is a $20 charge for up to 30 minutes wait time and $20 for each additional/part of after for waiting. Leaving and coming back due to setup and pickup delays will recur another delivery/pickup change.
Moving Gear:
Only our staff can move and setup the gear. No pickups from our warehouse permitted.
